- Welcome to our website. If you continue browsing and use this website you are agreeing to comply with the following terms & conditions. By using this website, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions of use.
- We will utmost try to deliver the same gifts which are displayed on our website from the same sources indicated there. However, in some extreme circumstances when flowers/ products are not available in the market, we reserves the right to change the item with the similar kind / value of product. If the kind of product is unavailable, The Flowers Mall will inform the customer to change the item or wait until the availability. Or reasons beyond our control, in such case we follow a return or refund policy described below.
- The normal delivery timings of the products is between 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. We will try our level best to meet the timings or other requests. The customer must ensure that he/she has given recipient information is complete and correct. If there is a delay in the delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer or if recipient is not available at given address, the gift item would be left with the neighbor along with an attached note and the order will not be refunded.
- During extreme weather/ conditions we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered on time. If we do not succeed in delivering your order, the order will be delivered as soon as possible.
- The Flowers Mall will not be responsible for late deliveries or next day due to extreme bad weather or law & order situations i.e. curfews, strikes, acts of government, acts of nature, holidays, incorrect addresses or acts of war.
- The Flowers Mall reserves the right to dispatch the gift items separately instead of one package, if the items are unable to carry in one package are not acceptable by certain couriers.
- The Flowers Mall always takes great efforts to ensure fastest possible means of delivery of fresh products, The Flowers Mall will take responsibility for any damage / spoil in case of perishable items (Flowers, Sweets, Cakes, etc.) due to late delivery, shall be limited to replacement of the item, with fresh delivery of the same item. To claim such a redelivery, the recipient will have to contact The Flowers Mall along with the originally delivered item; within (01) one hours he/she receives the gift.
- The Flowers Mall always ensures to deliver the best quality products from well-known brands, it is not responsible if the quality of the product does not match the expectation of the recipient.
- Free delivery is only applicable in Lahore area.
- Please note that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently in route to delivery. If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery dates or addresses for any other orders, please call us directly at +92 317 4684934.
- If you are unhappy for any reason with the service provided by us or with the flowers delivered, please contact us so that we can satisfy you as soon as possible.
- We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms & conditions at any time. Please check these terms time to time prior to use our webpage to ensure that you are aware of any changes. We will try to highlight any important changes to you where possible. If you select to use our webpage than we will regard that use as concrete evidence of your agreement and acceptance that these terms & condition regulate you and The Flowers Mall as well.
- The sender is bound to above terms and conditions once he/she places the order. The sender should read the above terms and place the order with http://theflowersmall.com only if they are acceptable by him/her.
